Looking for an opportunity to join a professional legal team where your organizational skills and attention to detail can make an impact? Our client, a well-established law firm in the Manchester area, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support attorneys and clients within a Trust & Estate practice.

Location: Manchester, NH

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE

Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence
  • Support the preparation of estate planning and probate-related documentation
  • Maintain electronic and physical client files
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and outside parties professionally
  • Assist with filing documentation and administrative processes
  • Process time entry, billing support, and matter setup
  • Manage document workflows, scanning, copying, and file organization
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Legal administrative experience
  • Trust & Estate, Estate Planning, or Probate experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and office procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal Assistant or related certification preferred
